These terms cover the Strata connector website and APIs at stratatcg.com/connector. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
What the service provides
Strata provides catalog identification and market data for raw cards and sealed products, plus supported graded-slab identification and graded-market data. ALT is the current graded source. CardLadder URLs are links only; Strata does not fetch CardLadder data. Supported providers and coverage can change and are described in the API documentation.
The service does not authenticate a card, inspect physical condition, certify a grade, appraise an item, execute a trade, or guarantee a sale price. Market records may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Check the identity, selections, source and observation time before relying on a price.
Accounts, API keys, and agents
Keep account credentials and API keys private. You are responsible for the agents and applications you authorize. Revoke exposed or unused keys. Do not impersonate others, bypass usage limits, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk redistribute provider data, or interfere with the service.
Plans and credits
The current plan, price, limits, and whether checkout is active are shown on the connector site and at /api/billing/status. Published monthly plans include Free at 1,000 credits, Pro at 10,000 credits for $10 per month, and Scale at 50,000 credits for $50 per month. Plan availability is determined by the live billing status.
A successful confident identity and a usable selected-market price each use one monthly credit. A combined identify-and-price request reserves up to two credits and returns unused reservations. Beta attempt limits remain until the published monthly transition. Credits are account-wide. Free credits reset by UTC calendar month; paid credits follow the paid subscription period and do not roll over. There are no automatic overages or top-ups. Paid upgrades take effect after payment, with a reviewed prorated charge and proportional added credits for the remainder of the original period. Used credits and the original renewal date are preserved. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Disconnecting an agent, revoking a key, or signing out does not cancel billing. Applicable taxes may be added.
Paid subscriptions require an explicit checkout by the account owner. Existing beta accounts are not automatically subscribed or charged. Refunds, disputes, failed payments, and access are handled according to the account status and applicable law. Refund or dispute review may pause lookups and new purchases; billing management and cancellation remain available. Contact support if a charge or credit grant looks wrong.
Third-party sources and availability
Provider data and brands belong to their respective owners. The API depends on third-party catalog, search, and pricing services. The service is provided as available; sources, coverage, and features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular identification accuracy, price, or response time.
