By using Strata you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
A tool for identifying graded cards and showing estimated market values derived from public sales data.
Comp values are estimates assembled from third-party sources, shown with their source and age. They are not appraisals, offers to buy or sell, investment advice, or a guarantee of any sale price. Data may be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Decisions you make with it are yours, and you are responsible for verifying any figure — every comp links to its source precisely so that you can.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person, claim a username in order to pass yourself off as someone else, or use Strata to harass anyone. Usernames that impersonate people, graders or Strata itself may be reclaimed.
There are exactly four places in Strata where you can write something another person reads: your username, your display name, your bio, and the name and note on a list you share. There is no tolerance for objectionable content in any of them, and none for abusive behaviour towards anyone using Strata. That covers hate speech and slurs, harassment, threats, sexual content, impersonating another person or a grading company, and scams or solicitation — including the off-platform hop a scam depends on, which is why links, email addresses and phone numbers are refused in those fields outright.
What that means in practice, rather than as a promise:
Every report is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Content that breaches this section is removed, and the account behind it is suspended or terminated — immediately and permanently where the behaviour warrants it, with no obligation on us to warn first. Using Strata means agreeing to that, and agreeing not to post anything of the kind.
Sharing a list publishes it to anyone holding the link until you revoke it. Do not share anything you lack the right to share. You keep whatever rights you have in what you write; you give us permission to store and display it to the people you shared it with, which is the only thing we do with it.
Strata is provided as is, without warranties. Upstream data sources may change or become unavailable, and features may change or end. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any loss arising from reliance on a comp value.
